This letter is hereby issued for Indian students who intend to participate in the selection process for the Developing Countries Partnership Scholarship (Kemitraan Negara Berkembang/KNB), administered by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The letter constitutes a formal endorsement issued by an educational institution, organization, or authorized authority, certifying the applicant’s academic competence, personal integrity, and demonstrated motivation to pursue further studies or to undertake learning in the Indonesian language and culture.
